Why a Birth Plan Matters
A birth plan is more than a checklist, it’s a tool for clarity, confidence, and communication. It helps you name what matters, explore your options, and enter birth feeling prepared and empowered. Even though birth can be unpredictable, taking time to reflect and plan can:
-
Foster shared decision-making with your care team
-
Support autonomy and help you feel in control
-
Reduce anxiety and increase confidence
-
Open communication around fears, hopes, and preferences
-
Prepare yourself for the unexpected while honouring what you value most
Whether it all goes "to plan" or not, the process of creating your plan is powerful. It’s not just about outcomes, it’s about feeling respected, heard, and supported along the way.
This is perfect for families who want depth, support, and clarity before birth, without attending labor.

Birth + Postpartum
This package Supports:
This package is about helping you feel more connected to your body and your own instincts. We can talk through any fears or past experiences that might be coming up, and I’ll offer tools like breathwork, rebozo, aromatherapy, music, and gentle movement to support you during labour. You’ll be supported emotionally, physically, and in whatever way you need as you move through birth. It’s about creating care that feels good for you and finding a groove that works with your energy and what you’re hoping for.
